Given a matter takes place, which is to be named A.  This is described mtA.  There is a person named A.  S/He is described prA.  S/He described mtA in language English.  The description should be such as this <mtA-prA-ln-en>.  So when s/he relates mtA, s/he tells <mtA-prA-ln-en>.    If the same mtA is described by prB in language Japanese, that should be described <mtA-prB-ln-jp>.
Q= Is <mtA-prA-ln-en> the same with <mtA-prB-ln-jp>?  They should be very near, or almost the same.  But not quite very the same.  There must be very minor differences.  They are, perhaps, in ordinary daily livings, nothing the matter to take serious.
Not always, however.
